The candidate will handle high volumes of mostly inbound calls. Will contact creditors, and attorney offices to negotiate a reduced settlement on delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of clients. Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by clients and management team. Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit monthly collection goal. Utilize multi-tasking and communication skills to work through the account queue.
