Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
• Handle mediations in employment matters, including class actions and discrimination cases.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 10+ years of experience in employment litigation, with first-chair case management.
• Current Texas Bar admission in good standing.
• Supervisory experience over associate and paralegal work.
• In-depth understanding of state and federal agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Texas Bar.
