A law firm seeks a dedicated Associate Attorney to join its expanding Litigation Group in Devon, PA. The ideal candidate will provide innovative solutions to resolve disputes, utilizing negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation strategies.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various litigation matters, including hearings and court proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and briefs.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective case resolutions.
• Engage in alternative dispute resolution procedures as needed.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active licensure to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
