Duties

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in securities and capital markets.
• Experience in governance and general corporate work.
• M&A experience is beneficial.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
