• Handle workers' compensation defense cases from inception to resolution, including depositions and trials.
• Develop legal strategies and action plans to effectively resolve cases.
• Provide high-quality legal representation, ensuring cost-effective solutions for clients.
• Participate in business development and marketing initiatives to support the firm's growth.
• Engage in professional development opportunities, including continued legal education and seminars.

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of California.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Insurance claims or subrogation experience is a plus, but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
