Duties

• Manage cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law, statutes, and policy language.
• Prepare and respond to discovery, review claims files, and analyze coverage issues.
• Take and defend depositions; prepare for mediations, hearings, and meetings.
• Participate in trial preparation and contribute to case strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance coverage and/or civil litigation preferred.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Licensed to practice in Washington.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in Washington.
