Duties

• Manage and oversee PAGA claims, including strategic development and representation in settlement negotiations or trial.
• Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws and conduct audits to mitigate PAGA risks.
• Foster and expand client relationships, offering legal support and identifying business development opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff, ensuring high-quality work and professional growth.

Requirements

• Well-established employment litigation and defense background.
• Significant PAGA, class action, and compliance expertise.
• Jury trial or civil court trial experience preferred.
• Experience with public entity defense is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees.

Certifications

• Member, State Bar of California in good standing.
