Duties

• Draft energy-related development agreements.
• Engage in tax equity financing structures.
• Collaborate with team members on energy projects.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of large law firm transactional experience.
• Experience in energy development or project finance preferred.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the bar in District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas, depending on office location.
