The firm is seeking a litigation associate with 4-6 years' experience to join the firm’s Trust and Estate Litigation Practice Group, based in Sacramento. Candidates must have substantial litigation experience, including preparing pleadings, drafting/arguing motions, and conducting depositions and other discovery. Preference will be given to candidates with trust and estate litigation experience, and/or estate planning and administration experience, but it is not required.

The successful candidate will have exceptional research, writing, and communication skills, strong academic credentials, and the ability to work independently. Associate base compensation is determined by class year and substantive experience, and salary for attorneys at the level of experience indicated ranges from $160,000.00-$178,000.00. Bonus consideration is given for productivity and performance. Must be a current, active member of the State Bar of California.
