Job Title: Litigation Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Job Overview:
A prominent law firm based in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to support its growing team. The role offers the opportunity to contribute across multiple litigation practice areas while benefiting from a collaborative and mentorship-driven workplace culture. Duties:

• Handle a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to business litigation, employment disputes, appellate work, general liability, and construction-related claims

• Participate in all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motion practice, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support teams to ensure effective case strategy and execution

• Engage in mentorship and leadership opportunities within the office

• Support firm-wide initiatives related to diversity, equity, and inclusion

• For junior associates: rotate across litigation practice groups to explore areas of interest

• For mid-level associates: focus within a dedicated litigation group aligned with professional goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience

• Demonstrated record of professional stability and positive references

• Member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar

• Previous exposure to litigation-related work preferred, though not mandatory

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Nevada

Skills:

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
