• Act as \"outside general counsel\" for small to mid-sized local businesses.

Requirements

• 5+ years of dedicated transactional experience.
• Active member in good standing with the Ohio State Bar.
• Strong attention to detail in contract drafting.
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable advice.
• Interest in helping the firm scale its transactional department.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications
