Duties

• Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to gather information.
• Represent clients at mediations, trials, hearings, depositions, and litigation.
• Research case law and gather relevant evidence, including insurance policies and medical records.
• Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals and legal assistants.

Requirements

• Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law.
• Minimum of three years of personal injury litigation or trial experience.
• Strong understanding of personal injury law, medical terminology, and civil litigation.
• Proficiency in computer use.

Education

• Bachelor's degree.
• J.D. degree.

Certifications
