Duties

• Represent commercial bank and private credit lenders in debt financing transactions.
• Advise private equity and corporate borrowers on structured financings.
• Handle senior-secured, junior-secured, and mezzanine loans.
• Manage acquisition financings and hybrid investment transactions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of relevant legal experience.
• Proven track record in debt financing and investment transactions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
