Location:

Duties:

• Handle legal matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions

• Provide legal counsel on commercial financing matters, including secured lending

• Assist with tax assessment appeals and zoning matters

• Draft and review contracts, financing agreements, and real estate documents

• Support clients with title, bond, and related issues

• Collaborate with partners and associates on complex real estate and business transactions

• Participate in client development and relationship management initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or commercial financing

• Demonstrated knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate and zoning regulations

• Familiarity with title, bond, or tax assessment law is a plus

• Ability to manage client matters with a high level of autonomy and professionalism

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania

• Good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
