Duties

• Advise public and private companies on complex business transactions.

• Structure and negotiate public stock and debt offerings, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Lead deal processes, including strategic planning and task delegation.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to address deal-specific issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in capital markets and securities.
• Proven experience in running deals and managing associates.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Admission to practice law in the state of residence.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant state.
