Duties

• Manage a diverse caseload, including depositions and court appearances.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive briefs, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Provide timely and strategic counsel to clients.
• Participate in all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, mediation, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in an active litigation practice.
• Active Colorado law license in good standing.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, construction defects, or bad faith claims preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Colorado law license.
