The firm specializes in plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, handling cases in both federal and state courts against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in consumer and employment class actions, including wage-and-hour, unfair business practices, discrimination, and false advertising matters.

Duties

• Manage a robust caseload in federal and state courts.
• Engage in discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Participate in oral advocacy and court appearances.
• Collaborate on class actions and complex litigation.
• Travel occasionally for case-related matters.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California or pending admission.
• 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Experience with discovery, oral advocacy, and court appearances.
• Prior experience with class actions and wage-and-hour litigation is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state of California.

Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
