Duties:

• Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including court appearances, depositions, and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and arguments.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
• Manage case files and deadlines efficiently.
• Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters related to civil litigation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the Illinois State Bar or ability to waive in.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing civil litigation law.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Education:
