A Dallas-based law firm is expanding its insurance coverage litigation group and is actively seeking a seasoned attorney to join its team. The role involves advising commercial clients on complex insurance disputes, managing litigation strategy, and representing policyholders in high-stakes matters. Duties:

• Handle complex insurance coverage litigation and pre-litigation matters

• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings

• Provide strategic counsel on coverage issues across various policy types

• Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations

• Collaborate with other legal team members on multifaceted matters

• Maintain regular client communication and case updates

• Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met efficiently

Requirements:

• Experience in insurance coverage litigation

• Strong working knowledge of commercial general liability, D&O, E&O, and other specialized policy types

• Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently from inception to resolution

• Proven track record in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy

• Excellent legal writing and research capabilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Texas State Bar

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of professionalism and client service orientation
