Duties

• Manage and litigate insurance defense cases independently and collaboratively

• Appear in court for hearings and trials

• Conduct and defend depositions

• Draft dispositive motions, briefs, pleadings, and correspondence

• Work with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case handling

• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams

• Maintain accurate case documentation and meet case deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience (court hearings, depositions, or motion practice)

• Ability to manage case responsibilities independently

• Excellent legal research and analysis abilities

• Demonstrated interest in insurance defense or civil litigation

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia (required)
