Duties

• Advise clients on real estate transactions, including purchase, sale, and financing.
• Conduct real estate due diligence and manage leasing transactions.
• Participate in development projects and joint ventures.
• Collaborate with experienced lawyers across the US Real Estate platform.
• Provide high-quality client service and assume increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• Three to eight years of relevant real estate experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of North Carolina or eligibility to waive in.
