A leading law firm in New York City is seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team. This role is ideal for a 3rd-4th year associate with strong litigation experience, especially in the employment law sector. The candidate should have a solid background in advising clients on employment matters and handling complex litigation. Experience with clients in the alternative asset management industry, including hedge funds and private equity, is a plus. Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of employment-related litigation, including trials, hearings, and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients on various employment law issues, including workplace disputes, discrimination, harassment, and wage and hour matters.
• Draft and review employment-related contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop strategies for ongoing litigation and client matters.
• Interface directly with clients to manage cases and provide legal advice.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to ensure quality service and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in employment law and litigation.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to producing high-quality legal work.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar (or eligible for admission).
