Duties

• Prepare detailed memoranda, legal briefs, and advisory opinions for litigation and client counseling.
• Draft and revise client documents, including employment policies and separation agreements.
• Manage discovery processes, including depositions and document production.
• Conduct thorough fact-gathering and maintain communication with clients.
• Represent clients in court and administrative hearings.
• Analyze statutes and legal decisions, focusing on employment law.
• Support all stages of litigation, mediation, and trial preparation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top 50 ABA accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation.
• Full-time onsite work in the San Francisco office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications
