Associate Attorney-Litigation
Duties: Provide litigation, business, real estate, and other types of law to firm's clients, who range from small, privately owned businesses to major corporations. Provide personalized services to large and small clients within the construction industry. Focused around client problem solving and relationship building. Providing quality legal services than just billing hours. Will be prepared to provide their best work at all times. Will be asked to participate in trade group activities and firm marketing activities. May require entertaining clients during evenings and weekends. Will speak to professional trade groups on contracts and construction law topics, and may be asked at times to interpret the law, provide legal advice and prepare legal documents. Will develop a working knowledge of construction law and will represent clients in court.
