A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Senior Associate in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IP litigation and a commitment to excellence in legal practice.

Duties

• Take and defend depositions and engage in motion practice.
• Conduct written and expert discovery, and draft pleadings and motions.
• Participate in inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings.

Requirements

• Three to five years of post-JD experience in IP litigation.
• Licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Licensed attorney in the state/jurisdiction of the position.

• Excellent writing and strong analytical skills.
