Mid- to Senior-Level Healthcare Associate Attorney

A law firm based in Philadelphia is seeking a Mid- to Senior-Level Healthcare Associate Attorney with 4+ years of demonstrated experience in healthcare transactional matters. The ideal candidate will have a track record of counseling healthcare providers on regulatory issues such as fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel to healthcare providers on regulatory matters, including fraud and abuse, state licensure, corporate practice of medicine, and Medicare and Medicaid billing and reimbursement.
• Handle healthcare transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and private equity deals.
• Draft and review contractual arrangements such as management agreements, provider services agreements, and physician employment agreements.
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups and offices to ensure comprehensive client support.
• Engage in professional development and training opportunities.
• Maintain excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Work in a brand new office space in a location targeted for growth.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of demonstrated experience in health care transactional matters.
• Excellent law school credentials and references.
• Demonstrated experience counseling healthcare providers on regulatory matters.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Relevant certifications related to healthcare law (preferred).

Skills:
