Duties

  • Manage all phases of discovery, including e-discovery.
  • Take and defend depositions.

  • Coordinate and supervise outside experts.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze evidence.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal litigation requirements.
  • Collaborate with the litigation team to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active admission in good standing in MA.
  • Minimum of two years of medical malpractice and personal injury litigation experience.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active admission in good standing in MA.
