Duties

• Provide legal counsel on high net worth trust and estate planning and administration.
• Advise on succession planning, lifetime giving, and charitable giving strategies.
• Address estate and income taxation issues and tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies.
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in estate planning and trust administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication and advocacy skills.
• Massachusetts bar admission in good standing, or willingness to become admitted.
• Rhode Island bar admission is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
