- Familiarity with TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy Code preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar License in the state of MS (required).
- Additional state licenses are a plus.
