Duties

• Research and analyze legal resources to prepare case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage cases from referral through resolution.
• Attend court appearances in Texas.
• Provide legal advice to mortgage servicing clients and investors.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff within the Litigation Department.
• Review and respond to debt disputes and ensure legal compliance.
• Perform additional duties as requested.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 0-3 years of legal experience, preferably in mortgage or banking.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume practice.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Education

• Doctor of Jurisprudence from an accredited School of Law.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
