The ideal candidate will have courtroom experience, although training is available for those with minimal or no experience. Duties

• Represent clients in immigration court and related legal proceedings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft complex legal documents.
• Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload efficiently.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve complex legal issues.
• Prepare support letters, legal memos, and appeals.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member of the bar in good standing.
• Licensed attorney in the U.S.
• Interest in immigration law, including asylum, U-visas, VAWA, and family-based petitions.
• Proficiency in legal research and document databases.
• Strong organizational and independent working skills.

Education

• J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
