The candidate should possess a master’s degree in a field related to the area of teaching interest (J.D. degree and teaching experience at the college level for all law courses) and professional experience that is relevant to the area of teaching, significant in duration and level of responsibility, and current at the time of hiring. Previous college teaching experience preferred. Must be adaptable, collaborative, inclusive, respectful, responsive, results driven, and sustainable. Must communicate effectively, demonstrate leadership, exhibit professional integrity and ethics, take initiative, value personal and professional development, and show that they will engage in the college.
