• Engage in settlement discussions, mediations, and trial preparation as needed.

• Provide mentorship and training to team members.

• Work with firm leadership to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 7+ years of employment law experience, focusing on single-plaintiff litigation.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing legal teams.
• Deep understanding of employment law claims.
• Proven success in litigation strategy and client communication.
• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Education
