Job Overview: An established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Personal Injury Attorney to lead and expand the firm’s Personal Injury practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an attorney with a strong track record in personal injury law, leadership skills, and business development acumen. The ideal candidate will take charge of the department, managing cases and mentoring junior staff while contributing to the firm’s growth and success.

Duties:

• Lead and manage the Personal Injury department.
• Handle personal injury cases from start to finish, including client consultations, case strategy, litigation, and settlements.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
• Generate new business through networking, marketing, and community involvement.
• Ensure all cases are handled in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar (active and in good standing).
• At least 7 years of experience in personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and generate new business.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to client service and ethical legal practice.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar.
