Duties & Responsibilities:

• Handle toxic tort cases focusing on slum housing and related issues
• Represent residential tenants in litigation against negligent property owners
• Manage cases throughout the litigation process, from law and motion to trial

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
• Proven track record of successful case outcomes
• Experience in law and motion, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
• Proactive, aggressive, and creative approach to legal practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in California

Skills:

• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex litigation cases
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
