• Engage in IP-related work on acquisition, investment, or financing transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience in technology and IP transactions.
• Experience with strategic alliances and technology licensing.
• Proficiency in handling complex technology contracts and alliances.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
