Duties:

• Represent clients in court for matters involving divorce, custody, adoptions, protective orders, and enforcement actions

• Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements

• Engage in case strategy, legal research, and trial preparation

• Maintain regular communication with clients, offering updates and legal guidance

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client-focused service

• Attend team-building activities and contribute to a supportive legal environment

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in Texas

• Minimum of 2-5 years of recent experience in family law litigation

• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage complex casework

• Commitment to client service and ethical standards

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the State Bar of Texas (active and in good standing)

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication
