The candidate should have 2-4 years of experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes. Admission to a Bar in New York is required. Should also be experienced with pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery. Deposition and/or court appearances are a plus. Must possess strong research, analytical, and writing skills. Must be highly organized and can work independently and as part of a larger team.
