Duties

• Represent clients in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Participate in trial and deposition activities.
• Engage in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Travel for work-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Active Arizona, Idaho, or Utah Bar License.
• Experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or medical malpractice.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw.
• Strong knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure, Evidence, and Professional Conduct.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the state of employment.
