Job Title: Employment Litigation Of Counsel

Job Overview:
A prestigious law firm is seeking an experienced and dynamic Of Counsel attorney to join their Employment Litigation practice in the San Francisco, CA office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a highly skilled team and represent employers on a wide range of complex employment-related legal matters.

Duties:

• Defend and litigate employment-related lawsuits and agency charges.

• Advise and counsel employers on various labor and employment law issues.

• Represent employers in court, arbitration, and before administrative agencies in matters such as class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour, contract disputes, employment torts, and non-compete agreements.

• Lead litigation cases and manage multiple aspects of the litigation process.

• Collaborate with other legal professionals to provide strategic solutions to clients.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in employment litigation, including significant first-chair litigation experience.

• Expertise in employment law, including managing a variety of claims and cases.

• Proven ability to work independently and in team settings, including supervising associate and paralegal work.

• In-depth knowledge of both state and federal agency procedures related to employment law.

• Proven ability to handle complex litigation matters and multiple projects simultaneously.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

• Active and in good standing membership with the California Bar.

Certifications:

• Current California Bar admission is in good standing.
