Location

Duties

• Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations to support client advice and strategy

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, agreements, and franchise disclosure documents

• Prepare legal correspondence and filings for regulatory compliance

• Provide legal counsel to clients on matters involving franchise and corporate law

• Support trademark prosecution, including preparation and filing of trademark applications

• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally to provide legal guidance and updates

• Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and legal strategy sessions

• Work closely with senior attorneys on developing case and transactional strategies

• Monitor and stay updated on legal developments in franchise, corporate, and regulatory law

• Prepare and file documents with state regulatory agencies

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience practicing law with a focus in corporate and/or franchise law

• Demonstrated experience drafting and reviewing legal documents and handling client communications

• Familiarity with franchise registration, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment

• Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to team-oriented legal work

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar (required)
