A leading national law firm is seeking a skilled and motivated mid-level Associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Location:

• Philadelphia, PA 

Duties:

• Handle all aspects of IP litigation, from case development through trial and appeal

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and detailed analysis on complex IP issues

• Oversee and coordinate discovery, including document production and depositions

• Collaborate with attorneys in various offices on litigation strategy and execution

• Prepare witnesses and participate in court hearings and trial proceedings

• Contribute to business development and client service initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience

• Experience with Federal Circuit litigation is a plus

• Proven ability to manage and understand complex technical subject matter

• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic record required

• Law school and undergraduate (and graduate, if applicable) transcripts must be submitted

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice

Skills:

• Outstanding research and legal writing skills

• Strong verbal advocacy and courtroom presence

• Analytical thinking with attention to technical detail

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities

• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration abilities
