Duties

• Review loan and foreclosure documents.
• Prepare FDCPA notices and breach letters.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance to support teams and clients.
• Assist with other duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Two years of practicing law.
• Foreclosure, default, or creditor rights experience preferred.
• Member of the Georgia State Bar and NY State Bar in good standing.
