Duties

• Handle assigned caseload independently and with supervision.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands.
• Conduct extensive legal research.
• Participate in depositions, court appearances, and motion practice.
• Maintain excellent client relationships and comply with client guidelines.
• Ensure all deadlines are met.
• Accurately record and maintain billable hours.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York (NJ, CT, and/or PA admission is a plus).
• 2-5 years of litigation experience, including construction defect and property damage matters.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
