Duties:

• Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing, and financing
• Negotiate, draft, and review a variety of real estate contracts and agreements
• Advise clients on legal issues related to real estate development, acquisitions, and financing
• Conduct thorough due diligence for commercial real estate transactions
• Manage and supervise junior attorneys and legal staff
• Collaborate with clients, developers, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Stay informed on current laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate
• Provide strategic legal guidance on complex commercial real estate matters

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on lending and financing
• Proven track record of managing complex real estate transactions and contracts
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills
• Ability to handle multiple, high-priority matters simultaneously
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior legal professionals

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts
