Location

Duties

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

• Draft motions, orders, pleadings, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and provide detailed analysis of case law and statutes

• Prepare discovery responses and analyze discovery documents

• Manage case files and maintain consistent client communication

• Assist with trial preparation and strategy

• Negotiate settlements where appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general insurance defense litigation

• Proven courtroom and trial experience

• Strong client service orientation and ability to work independently

• Ability to manage a full caseload from inception to resolution

• Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida (required)

Skills

• Excellent legal research and writing skills

• Strong verbal communication and courtroom presentation abilities

• Ability to draft and negotiate legal documents

• Proficiency in analyzing federal and state laws and legal procedures
