Seeking Finance Associate with 3+ years of commercial lending experience, including mortgage term loans, revolvers, mezzanine financing, and participations / syndications. Candidate will be documenting and closing lending transactions.

Must be academically distinguished with excellent writing and analytical skills are sought to assume responsibility in this active and diverse practice.
