The ideal candidate will handle a variety of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, asylum, removal defense, and waivers. Duties

• Manage family-based immigration petitions and removal defense cases.
• Handle waivers, asylum applications, and naturalization processes.
• Advise on employment-based visas, including H-1B, L-1, and PERM.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in U.S. immigration law.
• Strong background in family-based petitions and removal defense.
• Knowledge of employment-based visas is advantageous.
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong client communication skills.

Education

• J.D. degree.

Certifications

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.

Skills

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred.
• Existing book of business is preferred.
