Duties

• Attend court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Conduct depositions of medical and vocational experts.
• Prepare facilitation summaries and case-related reports.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for fair compensation.
• Manage case files and collaborate with support staff.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Proficient in computer skills, including word processing and database software.
• Experience in workers' compensation, no-fault, personal injury, medical malpractice, or social security disability law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.

Skills
