A well-established employment litigation firm is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team in Parsippany, New Jersey. This role is designed for attorneys with 3–4 years of experience representing public and private sector employers in employment-related disputes. The position offers a mix of remote and in-office work and provides meaningful client exposure, litigation experience from inception through trial, and clear opportunities for advancement in a collegial and growth-oriented environment.

Location:

• Parsippany, New Jersey

Duties:

• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

• Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery documents, legal memoranda, and client correspondence

• Analyze employment records and prepare case evaluations

• Represent clients in court and before administrative agencies

• Participate in depositions, hearings, settlement conferences, and trials

• Interact with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel

• Conduct legal and employment law research and provide case updates

• Maintain compliance with procedural rules and deadlines

• Manage multiple active litigation files

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment litigation

• Experience handling employment law matters for private companies, nonprofit organizations, or public entities

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage aspects of litigation with minimal supervision

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey (required)
